Recently, entrusted by Henan Jinming Metal Materials Co., Ltd., Tsinghua Henan Institute conducted various extreme disaster environment adaptability research and testing services for its transformational product - Foldable Container House (length 5.8m, width 2.5m, height 2.43m) for emergency and military scenarios, helping enterprises improve product weaknesses and enhance structural disaster resistance, and promoting transformational products to international markets such as Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.
Structural wind resistance test
This test was conducted on the multi disaster coupling experimental platform (wind tunnel) of Tsinghua Henan Institute, with a wind tunnel of 3000m ³ The ultra large testing space and coupled disaster environment simulation capability provide solid conditions for Container House's full-scale testing in various extreme disaster environments. Six extreme environmental tests were carried out in this test, including the wind resistance test of structures with 13 strong winds, the -30 ℃ extreme low temperature insulation test, the maximum 202mm/h extremely heavy rainstorm test, the coupling test of strong winds and rainstorm, the level 17 typhoon damage test, and the equivalent simulated snow load roof compression test of extreme snowstorms. Through a series of rigorous tests, the product performance of foldable box houses in extreme environments has been comprehensively investigated, providing strong experimental data support for the client to enhance the environmental applicability of reinforced products in harsh or strict disaster relief emergency or military use scenarios. The testing work has been highly recognized by the client.
